Airport Dimensions brought in Without to refresh and unify The Club, their fast-growing US lounge brand. With new lounges opening and two audiences to speak to – airports and travellers – they needed a brand that could stand out while staying human.

We landed on a simple idea: Moments made for you. Because in the chaos of travel, The Club is where small comforts make a big difference.

I helped shape the tone of voice, messaging, storytelling and signage – making every word feel like a breather from the airport rush.
